In an exciting development for the Ayurvedic community, the Rashtriya Ayurveda Vidyapeeth (RAV) in New Delhi, the leading autonomous institution under the Ministry of Ayush, is set to host a two-day training programme on the specialized field of Shalakya Tantra. This event, scheduled for the 29th and 30th of October, 2023, will be held at the renowned Sreedhareeyam Ayurvedic Eye Hospital & Research Center, located in Koothattukulam, Eranakulam, Kerala. Shalakya Tantra, an integral branch of Ayurveda, focuses on ailments above the clavicle and necessitates intricate instruments for accurate diagnosis and treatment. This programme promises to be an immersive experience, offering UG, PG, and Ph.D. scholars, along with practicing clinicians, invaluable insights into procedures like Netra Kriya Kalpa and eye exercises.
